Service Description

Come and learn how to plant and weave this beautiful Harlequin tree. All materials provided. Initially we plant the trees into a hemp bag which can then be transplanted into a larger pot or the ground which will slowly biodegrade and enrich the soil. Each year your tree will grow new shoots from the top and when the leaf drops in the Autumn, the top shoots should be trimmed back to the original shape. More shoots will grow each year. Pick off all lower shoots as they appear and leave the tops to grow. A midsummer trim can make it bushier. The lattice effect will eventually graft together where the willow rods connect. Keep well-watered in dry weather and a good feed will help it to set strong roots, organic seaweed feed recommended. Tea, coffee and cake are provided.
